What to Expect
The initial information gathering session. Your therapist will seek to understand your history, what brought you to therapy, and your goals for therapy.
Each session will be a combination of talk therapy, review of the previous week(s), psychoeducation, and skill building exercises.
The key to your success. Think of homework as a way to work towards your goals. You will work together with your therapist to determine the homework that works best for you.
