Josh Kirstein MSc,RP(Q)

As a therapist, my primary objective is to aide you in this journey, by creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for you to explore any issues you may be experiencing.

I utilize a collaborative and eclectic approach to therapy, which means that I believe in working together with my clients to select the therapeutic approach that best matches your goals and expectations. Additionally, if you are looking for someone you can simply talk to, and process your emotions with, I provide space for that too!

I have a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and have experience working with both teenagers and adults, who are experiencing issues that include, but are not limited to: generalized anxiety, social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and low mood, trauma, grief, and relationship and family issues.

Regardless of where you are in life, or the issues you may be struggling with, I will provide you the space to process your emotions, uncover any unhealthy patterns that may be holding you back, and identify your strengths. No matter how overwhelming your condition may seem, I will help you tap into your resilience, and move forward in a healthier way.
